• Load your computer DVD/BD player with an Audio CD that have a track you whant to use.
• In Cubase open the Pool window by doing a CTRL-P command on your computer keyboard.
• Right click in the pool window.
• In the popup menu chose Import Audio CD.
• In the Import from Audio CD window you click, mark, a track and then hit the Play button to listen to it.
• To select Track a track to upload:
  Click in the square to the left of the track to mark it . You can select several tracks by doing  CTRL click.
• Name the track(s) and chose wich folder to download to (your audio folder in your Project folder on your hard disc stupid... :- ) .
• Click the Grab button and wait.....
• The grabbed tracks should now be visible in your Pool window, if not find them and import them to the project.
