MIDI/VST composition to be played.

 

What the aim is for the next semester?.

At the end of the semester you will have made a composition that uses synthesized sound to a great extent.
The composition will largely consist of sound generating and sound manipulating units that you have programmed (built) yourself in Reaktor.
You will also use recorded sound that, to a large extent, has been manipulated trough these Reaktor ensembles you have built.
 

- Recording contentum.

 Recording outside the studio.

 Transfer your recording to a hard disc.

 

- Using the Sound Library on disc Z.

Record sound outside the academy. Two sounds to be presented next lesson.

 

15 january

- Cleaning up your sound file.

 

Basic manipulation of recorded sound.

- Stretch or compress time and Transpose.

 

- Freeze

 

Assignment.
Using the recorded sound from last assignment.
Clean up your sound files and do two stretch/transpose/and freeze on the sound files making it minimum 6 files.
